At REDMAGIC, we strive to provide the ultimate gaming experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your device within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a processing.
Initiate a Request
Log into your REDMAGIC account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to submit a return or exchange request within the 15-day eligibility window.
Wait for Approval
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your device in its original box, include all original cables and manuals, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device for any physical damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7 business days.
